What Our Patients Say!

Suffering from severe pain in my lower back and down the left leg, I had made arrangements for surgery. Just one treatment by Dr. McCullough using electrical stimulation, ice and other conservative methods brought such dramatic improvement that I cancelled the surgery the same day.

After just one week of treatment, I was standing and walking almost normally for the first time in months...

Make an Appointment New Patient Special

Chiropractors apply extensive skills in examination, diagnosis and treatment to achieve three key objectives in patient care: 1) eliminate or reduce pain, 2) rehabilitate the injured area and 3) provide exercise and lifestyle counseling to keep the patient healthy. A variety of therapies are used to best serve the relief, rehabilitative and health maintenance needs of the patient. Treatments and therapies include:

  • Chiropractic Adjustment/Alignment of the Spine

Gentle contacts and manipulations are performed in specific sequence to ease the bones of the spine, back into proper position. This realigning of the spine relieves obstruction of the nerve system, returns the body to a natural state and alleviates pain.

  • Thermographic Imaging

Thermography is a special heat-sensitive diagnostic process that shows the areas where pain produces inflammation. Once these areas have been isolated, we can better determine and treat the cause of the inflammation using gentle adjustments.

  • X-Ray Diagnosis

    X-Ray Diagnosis

We use a multiple x-ray filtration system which blocks out all but the absolutely necessary radiation. We never expose our patients to any more radiation than is required.

  • Rehabilitative Exercise

We offer a comprehensive personalized rehabilitative exercise program directed at improving flexiblity, muscle strength, endurance and balance. Whether you are trying to return to work or trying to return to the golf course, we have a program that's just right for you!

  • Cold Therapy & Heat Therapy

Cold packs and ice may be applied to the injured area to reduce swelling and inflammation. Hot packs, infrared heat and ultrasound therapies may be used to improve circulation and aid the cycle of healing.

  • Lifestyle & Exercise Counseling

Is the patient sedentary? Athletic? Are there small children at home? What are the physical requirements of the patient's job? These are just a few of the questions doctors may ask to explore a patient's lifestyle demands. The goal is to evaluate potential for injury and identify appropriate stretching and strengthening exercises to help prevent re-injury and promote general wellness. Nutritional counseling may also be provided.

  • Neuromuscular Massage

    Neuromuscular Massage

Muscles strained from injury or overuse may cause swelling, soreness and decreased circulation of the soft tissue. This can compress nerve endings resulting in painful spasms. Using soft tissue manipulation techniques, our therapists apply concentrated pressure on trigger points of pain and passive stretching of specific muscles. Once circulation is restored, you should experience increased strength and flexibility of the injured area.

  • Chiropractic Orthopedics

Many patients with joint injuries of the ankle, knee, shoulder and lower back require additional therapy to achieve full recovery. We offer a complete chiropractic orthopedic program, utilizing the latest techniques that strengthen the joint, lessen the risk of re-injury and aide in the proper healing of the injured area.

  • Physical Medicine Modalities

Physical medicine modalities focuses on restoring function, improving mobility and relieving pain associated with temporary or long-term disabilities. Physical medicine modalities usually includes prescribed exercises, electrical stimulation, hot or cold compresses, ultrasound, traction and/or deep-tissue massage to relieve pain. Patients receive continuous re-examinations and modalities are adjusted according to the patient's progress.

  • Special Chiropractic Child Care

As you know, children often play rough. Those twists and jolts often cause greater shocks than the spine can tolerate. A chiropractor can help release blocked or pinched nerves that restrain a child's vital nerve energy from flowing freely.
